Something Fun for Kids at Home From Our Friends at the JMU Center for Econ Ed

“Home Front Economics” presented by the James Madison Center for Economic Education introduces an economic topic and then sends elementary kids and their families on a brief exploration. Families could be looking for your water heater or finding where their clothes come from. Then the video resumes and ties up an economic concept. Families are helped through each video to show the students what they need to do in each episode. A great resource for homeschool teachers as well as any virtual/hybrid teachers.

Running time for each video is about 6 minute total, exploration time would be 20-30 minutes. New episodes released every Wednesday, click here to view our first episode on trade: https://youreconomicsuccess.org/category/video-home-front-economics/
