Attn: 6-12 Grade Teachers:

In this webinar, we will explore the economics of the modern food system and evaluate its efficiency and equity. Teachers will be introduced to several lesson plan ideas that give their students the opportunity to critically analyze the production and distribution of food through our economic system. We will also introduce some EdTech applications and simulations that foster a dynamic learning environment.
