Workshop Description:

Attention K-12 Grade Teachers:

Join the Purdue Fort Wayne Center for Economic Education for Energy, Economics, and the Environment a workshop/graduate course for K-12 Teachers of all subjects. The course will be held June 10 - 14, 2019 from 9:00 am–5:30 pm at PFW, Kettler Hall 128.

The cost is $100 for 45 PGPs or receive a $600 tuition scholarship for 3 graduate credits.

    Workshop will include:

  • Field trips to hydro-electric dam, coal power plant, and Sweetwater Music.
  • Curriculum with lesson plans integrating economics and environmental issues
  • Hear from various guest speakers from AEP, Indiana-Michigan Power, and others
  • Plus, a Certificate for 45 professional growth points or 3 graduate credit hours!
